Gluing, Pressure Roller & Edge Cutting Unit : It smears glue on a workpiece for tape to stick well. Positive displacement of tape by pneumatic feeding. Pneumatic cutting of edge Six press wheels, ensure the board and the edge banding strips fit firmly

Front & End Cutting Unit : It cuts the front & rear end of tape band on the workpiece by two separate high frequency motors equipped with circular saws.

Top & Bottom Trimming Unit : Two high frequency motors guarantees perfect finish on top & bottom edge.

2 Motor Corner Rounding : Three high frequency motors corner rounding unit guarantees perfect finish on corner, sliding on precise guideways with ball bearing blocks.

Scraping Unit : It removes the blade scars which occur due to trimming of top & bottom edges.

Spraying Unit : Liquid sprayed on panel to clean extra glue component.

Buffing Unit : It erases the glue remains and polishes the surface & tape.

Control Panel : Easily accessible, user friendly Smart Touch PLC control panel.

Electrical Panel : All electrical & electronic components are from well-known brands.

Safety Air Tank : Safety air tank provision for non-dropping of air during process.

Auto Lubrication System : Automatic lubrication system circulates lubrication to the required parts of the machine, ensures efficient operation & increase life of parts.
