Pre-Milling Unit : It cleans the surface that has possible cracks and burrs, which is going to be covered with tape. This process makes banding easier. Two heavy duty high frequency motors equipped with Diamond Cutters.
Gluing, Pressure Roller & Edge Cutting Unit : It smears glue on a workpiece for tape to stick well. Positive displacement of tape by pneumatic feeding. Pneumatic cutting of edge from roll.
Front & End Cutting Unit : It cuts the front & rear end of tape band on the workpiece by two separate high frequency motors equipped with circular saws.
Top & Bottom Trimming Unit : Two high frequency motors guarantees perfect finish on top & bottom edge.
2 Motor Corner Rounding : Three high frequency motors corner rounding unit guarantees perfect finish on corner, sliding on precise guideways with ball bearing blocks.
Scraping Unit : It removes the blade scars which occur due to trimming of top & bottom edges.
Spraying Unit : Liquid sprayed on panel to clean extra glue component.
Buffing Unit : Liquid sprayed on panel to clean extra glue component.
